"content": "As I had indicated earlier, this is the second Message, and it is from the President. It is Message No. 20 of 2015 on the nomination of the Governor, Deputy Governor and Chairperson of the Central Bank of Kenya. Standing Order No.42 (1) relating to Messages from the President provides:- “The Speaker shall read to the House any message from the President delivered to the Speaker for communication to the House.” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
