    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I want to thank the Budget and Appropriations Committee and especially the team that was mediating on behalf of the National Assembly for realising the importance of this Bill. It has the potential of shutting down the Government if we were to lose it because there is nowhere else which provides for what happens in the event that it is lost. So, I want to thank the team that mediated, led by our Chairman here, for standing down their positions in public interests. That shows great leadership."
