I do not know whether Senate is also facilitated like the National Assembly for the purposes of legal counsel and Constitution interpretation. I know that you are the Chairman of the Parliamentary Service Commission, but I do not know whether you give the same facilities to both Senate and National Assembly so that these people should know that you cannot propose an increment without proposing where the money is coming from. The Judiciary and the Constitution should have a provision like the one we have in our Standing Order No.1 so that if it is expressly provided for by the Constitution, then there is no room for interpretation.
