    "content": "to increase the Budget by 23 per cent to Kshs1.99 trillion, which is almost Kshs2 trillion. The only worry I have is how to fund the deficit. It will force the Government to do domestic borrowing which will raise interest rates. Businesses will find them very high and it may kill the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and micro businesses. The rest of the deficit may be through borrowing and that will put a lot of strain on Kenyans."
