    "content": "Hon. Members, in ordinary parliamentary language, agreement is only reached one way. A resolution of a House is one way an agreement or disagreement. How you arrive at the resolutions of the House is a matter that I will leave to each one of us to try and interpret so as to appreciate the point made by hon.
