Before the two Bills are read the First Time, I hereby refer them to the Budget and Appropriations Committee for their recommendation pursuant to Article 114 of the Constitution. Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Committee, I will give further directions regarding their introduction by way of First Reading at a later date. I thank you."
