    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I would like, from the onset, to support this Motion as amended. I would like to appreciate the work that has been done by the Budget and Appropriations Committee under the leadership of hon. Mutava Musyimi. My Committee engaged the Budget and Appropriations Committee. I hope that we will have a further engagement where we will be able to pass across some very important matters that we felt that were not considered. Towards the end, I will mention some of them. I would like to congratulate the House for the decision that has been made this afternoon with regard to the mediation issue. I would like to congratulate the Members who participated and also the decision that the House has made which is very bold. So, I am happy to be associated with the House which has made this bold decision this afternoon."
