    "content": "I feel that the move to appropriate funds to the IEBC is very important. This is because they require funding given the kind of constituencies that most of us are coming from and the kind of terrain that the IEBC officers cover. I feel that this is a move in the right direction. The support towards TVET is also a move in the right direction considering that the technical training institutes that have been constructed or are being constructed within our constituencies will support our youths."
