Speaker, with those remarks, I just want to conclude that the National Safety Net, the cash transfer programme for the elderly, the orphans and vulnerable children and disabled people is a well-deserved measure that has been undertaken by this Government. I want to congratulate the President because he is the one who enhanced that package when he was in the Ministry of Finance and I know we are moving in the right direction. At this point, I am sure they are going to cater for over 500,000 households in this country. That will go a long way in assisting the people who really need that assistance. Hon. Speaker, I beg to support."
