    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I stand to support this Motion. The ratification of the Standard Gauge Railway has taken a long time. In fact, no good reason has been given why we have taken this long to come up with the ratification of this very important transport system in our country. The railway will definitely promote trade among partner states. It will promote the socio-economic aspects of these countries. The faster we approve the better because we stand to be counted with the other partner states in promoting all those trade agreements we have signed.
