    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I hope that we learnt a lesson from the East African Railways as this major project starts. I also hope that we shall not allow petty regional considerations, greed and vested interests to break up this good project that will cover the whole region. I hope we shall learn from those lessons on the East African Railways. Hon. Speaker, this project will come in handy as we start to transport our oil. These days, I do not hear it being talked about very much, but as we start trading in the oil that has been discovered, our modern railway will assist us a lot.
