    "content": "Finally, I want to comment on procurement because it happens to be one of the issues that tend to mar some of the projects that are intended to help our country. Because of lack of transparency and corruption, particularly in the procurement systems, you will find that there are delays and a lot of wrangling. Therefore, the process hardly moves forward. So, I expect us to move forward and hope that there will be transparency in whatever is being done in this project be it in procurement or employment."
