    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the benefits of approving this protocol are numerous for this country. I must highlight one or two of them, starting with free movement of goods and people within the East African region. The other issue is about our road network from Mombasa to Nairobi, and all the way to Kisumu. Since rail services collapsed, many people bought lorries, which are being used on our roads. This has led to our roads wearing very fast. There are also numerous road accidents on the roads today."
