When we look at the objectives and the functions of Kenya Fisheries, you realise that they need to be broadened, so that we do not just talk about management. There is much more to the management of fish farming. This is a very important Bill and has come at the right time. Once we involve the local community and think about expansion and the sustainability of fish farming, this is going to be a good Bill that is going to help fish farmers."
