    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also wish to support this Motion. First of all, I wish to congratulate the Mover of this Motion because it is very timely. There is no question that Kenya is an agricultural country. It is incumbent upon us to ensure that the kind of agricultural products that we produce are of good quality and sufficient. If we are to have food sufficiency in this country, I think it is important that we start thinking of urgently ensuring that we have this fertilizer factory in this country. This factory will not only assist our farmers and the country, but it will also be a major player in the region. This is because in the entire East and Central African region, we do not have this kind of factory. This factory will assist the farmers to produce more in their farms. So, it is extremely important that we ensure that the Government puts in place systems to ensure that this factory is in place, so that our farmers will now start to benefit. It will also bring down the cost of production and improve the quality of products. In terms of food sufficiency and agricultural exports to other countries, I think this is important and it will play a major role. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to support."
