    "content": "The petition is signed by one Maj. (Rtd.) Joel Kiprono Rop, a resident of Bomet County, regarding establishment of National Policy Formulation and Innovation Commission in Kenya. In the petition, the petitioner prays that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, initiates the process of amending the Constitution and all the relevant laws to provide for the establishment of a Constitutional Commission with the mandate of mobilising, developing and promoting appropriate policy on innovation and inventions."
