    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I like the part which says that a person cannot appeal for the case when they are given that kind of a transfer. This is a very good way forward. I hope that we can speed up its passage, so that Kenyan citizens who are suffering out there, without seeing their families, can be allowed to come back home."
