I report that there is an official communication that was given by the previous Chair; the substantative Speaker communicated to Members. Of course, we have had leadership meetings for Members of the House Business Committee (HBC). This issue has been discussed not once or twice, but repeatedly - how Chairpersons of Committees should conduct themselves in this House, especially when transacting business.
