    "content": "I also support this amendment in the section where a student who is granted a loan, upon attaining the age of 18 or maturity age where he can be independent from the parent, he can register on his own and start facilitating the following up on the repayment. Many students, after the parents or guardians pass on, evade payment of this loan but when you start following up when they attain the maturity age, it will be possible to find out where he or she is located or where he or she has secured employment.
