    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to also contribute in support of this Bill. A lot has been said by my colleagues and I do not want to repeat much. The current number of our universities, both public and private, is 68. We have 31 public universities, including the constituent colleges and 37 private universities. It is important that we realise the need to increase the HELB monies."
