We need to go beyond this stage and come up with criteria to get the representatives to the board. Maybe, we can assemble all the private universities together to elect one, or we can do a rotational system, in which today we could have a representative from Nairobi University, tomorrow from Daystar University and so on. That way, at least, every university will taste that skill."
