    "content": "On the issue of notification, there are some parts of this country where it takes long to receive a letter. A letter can take two weeks to reach Turkana. We want to encourage the board to send SMS messages to notify the students that they have been given the loan or not. A letter can take years. By the time the letter arrives, the grace period is over. We, therefore, encourage the board to use other means to notify the students about the status of their loans. Sending an SMS message directly to the phone of the student can be a quicker way."
