    "content": "As I conclude, I would like to say that the self-sponsored students should be considered. I want to give an example of the Turkana teachers who are studying to get diplomas and degrees. They are suffering. The little salary they are getting is what they are using to pay fees. We are appealing to the board to give loans to such people. Those loans will save them. Bank loans charge very high interest but HELB loans have low interest. I would like to encourage self-sponsored students to apply for those loans to cater for their education."
