    "content": "We want that when the HELB approves a loan, if a student gets the loan, before it is submitted to the bank, it would be good for the board to send all the names of beneficiaries to the respective universities because in some occasions, students miss exams when they have already received the loan though the money has not been sent to the respective university banks.
