    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I will take my two minutes by just touching on one or two areas of this Amendment Bill. One of the areas I would like to propose that we need to look at in the Third Reading is the two students from the universities who will sit in the Board. I feel that it will be important that when we pick these two students, they are staggered over the years. For example, we can pick one student this year and another one next year so that institutional memory is not lost so that all the students do not leave at the same time and come in at the same time."
