    "content": "The second area we need to look at for amendments is expanding the quota that goes to the Higher Education Loans Board. This money needs to come directly from the Exchequer so that we are sure that we will have it and the beneficiaries will include not just university students but even students going to colleges and also students who are doing their Masters and PhDs. As you realize some student finish university and even before they secure employment, they get a chance to go and do their Masters. These students need to be helped."
