    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I appreciate all those presentations from my colleagues. I have taken into account their suggestions particularly the last clause relating to the penalties. I am going to do amendments to ensure that this Board does not lose money by that amendment. On the issue of the students, whether they have time to attend board meetings, they do attend senate meetings and that is not an issue. In any event, under the Constitution, you must ensure youth are represented in various entities. Through this amendment, youth are going to get representation in this Board so that it becomes constitutional. With those remarks, I beg to move. Thank you."
