    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. Marriage is the basis of a family. As we all know, the family is the basic unit of a nation or a country, through which we can instill all the values that we Kenyans have proudly put in our Constitution. In Article 10 of the Constitution we talk of lofty values, but there is really no way of instilling these values in the nation, so that we can create a nation and not a State as we have now.
