    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I beg to move for an extension of the period for consideration of the nominee to the position of Secretary to the Cabinet. Notice is hereby given by me, the Leader of the Majority Party that I intend to move a Motion under Standing Order No.52 (a) which provides that a Motion can be moved without notice. THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Section 13 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, this House resolves to extend the period for consideration of the nominee for the appointment by a further ten days from 11th June 2015. I ask Hon. Jamleck Kamau to second."
