We are at the point where there is a proposed Motion. Those of you who may recall, in the course of last year, through the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill No.18 of 2014, now an Act, you amended the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act No.33 of 2011 in Section 13, to provide that the periods for appointments provided for under that Act may be extended."
