    "content": "I have also allocated Kshs1.4 billion to address poaching of our game animals in the national game parks and reserves. In addition, we also intend to complete shortly the rolling out of a security surveillance system and command and control system in Nairobi and Mombasa that will enable us monitor, identify and track criminals. Moreover, we are rolling out our border protection programme aimed at controlling the flow of persons in the porous Kenya- Somalia border and also in our ports of entry."
