    "content": "The Tourism sector is a major employer of our youth and women as well as a major foreign exchange earner for this country. In recent years, the sector has been severely impacted by insecurity, forcing most hoteliers to scale down their operations and render most of their workers jobless. In order to rehabilitate the industry, I am proposing to allocate in the Budget for the financial year 2015/2016, Kshs5.6 billion for tourism recovery."
