    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I now move to measures of promoting equity and fairness. To equip our prisons and ensure criminals are secured away from society, we agreed to include prison authorities in the exemption schedule to enable them import for their official use duty free goods, materials, equipment and other supplies. This inclusion will enable our prisons to enjoy similar exemption status as the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) and Police."
