I thank the Departmental Committees of the National Assembly and the Senate for the valuable inputs into this Budget; members of the Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council (IBEC) and Senate Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs for vibrant discussions on Budget allocations to counties; management and staff of the National Treasury for commitment to excellence in the public service and the long hours they have put to ensure that this Budget and the supporting documents meet the constitutional deadlines."
