Kajwang’, who will communicate the same to the whole Committee, the Committee should submit their reports with regard to the various regulations on or before 30th June 2015. In the meantime, Hon. Injendi, take note that the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013, provides that such instruments may take effect, and certain things may be done on the basis of the authority of those regulations.
