I find it surprising that voluminous reports such as this are only availed to us like an hour or two before it is discussed. I particularly have been looking for this Report since yesterday. I do not know where the rest of the Members of Parliament are getting their Report from or what they have been referring to but this is my problem and I seek your guidance."
