    "content": "I am sure because I have done management that the Government has no business doing business. The core function of a government is to create an environment for businessmen to do business. This is why a business like Uchumi should be sold out because this is pure business where businessmen should be given a conducive environment to do business but not for State corporations that are strategic for this country. Imagine one day, one time we go to war with another country and yet we do not have a refinery. How will we sustain that war? These are questions that we should ask ourselves today when we are selling these corporations."
