    "content": "At the time of tabling the Report, we were at the verge of invoking Standing Order No.209 (3) which gives the Committee the mandate and authority to sanction cabinet secretaries who do not co-operate with Parliament in terms of reporting back to the House. As things stand right now, we got a report from this Ministry and we shelved the invocation of Standing Order No.209(3) on sanctioning the Cabinet Secretary. I wish at this point, to acknowledge the support we have received from the Office of the Speaker and that of the Clerk of the National Assembly.
