    "content": "The Committee recently made a visit to a sample county last weekend for purposes of finding out the extent to which this resolution had been implemented in ASAL counties. This also follows a series of correspondence between the Committee and the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government. It is very sad to note that this is one of those resolutions and subsequent legislations of the House which are lying pretty in our shelves."
