"content": "On the Ministry of Devolution and Planning, we have had a follow up on one House resolution on release of funds to the National Youth Council (NYC).This is based on a Motion moved by Hon. Zulekha Juma in June, 2013. On this resolution, the Committee notes that the Kshs34.2 million as at that time had been allocated to the Council both in the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 Financial Years."
