    "content": "As a Committee - while we noted that this amount was not adequate to fully operationalise the Council - we have subsequently written to the Ministry advising it to pursue additional allocation from the National Treasury. This is because of the critical importance of the NYC in providing guidance and creating opportunities for the youth of this country to realise their dreams and be part of the mainstream development agenda of the country.
