    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I wish to seek your guidance. This Question and the Member who have asked it, seem to have implied that merely by circumcision, one prevents HIV/AIDS. This might give the wrong message to Kenyans who might think that if they are circumcised, they are immune to HIV/AIDS. Could I be in order to ask that this be expunged from the records of this House, so that we do not give that wrong concept to the Kenyan public?"
