This is not in regard to infant circumcision. What measures has the Ministry taken to ensure that members of the public are aware of this method as one of the very many ways of reducing HIV/AIDS infections? Has the Ministry put measures in place to create public awareness, this being one of the measures that are critical in reducing HIV/AIDS infections?"
