    "content": "Before I finish, there is one other marriage that seems to be affected very seriously by laws that are not very clear. This is the marriage between the National Assembly and the Senate. This marriage is failing because there seem to be problems in the law; the interpretation of the Constitution and who is supposed to do what. That marriage can be good if we improve the laws."
