    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I pray that you remain on that seat. I rise to support this Motion with the understanding that marriage is the most important human institution. In our country, marriage is governed. It is clearly stated in the Constitution, under Article 45, that the family is the natural and fundamental unit of society and the necessary basis of social order. So, if individuals are asked whether they are married, they are being asked a very fundamental question."
