    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank all the hon. Members who have made their contribution to this Motion. We urge the Government to consider the contribution of hon. Members as it implements the Motion. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other people who were not mentioned during our discussions are persons living with disabilities, who have been suffering because of this Motion. The moment we implement what we are saying, everyone in Kenya will enjoy the institution of marriage. With those remarks, I beg to reply."
