The greatest challenge to security in this country is not the porosity of our borders; it is the large number of unemployed, disillusioned and hopeless young people. We must do everything to start addressing that; the youth promise can stop being a challenge. Our young people should stop being a problem to be dealt with, and become an opportunity to be reaped by this country. Our greatest resource will forever remain our young people."
