    "content": "Let us have our young people wherever they are, whether it is in Lokichar, Embu or Kitui, know that the Government is focused on trying to help them access employment; that they can walk to the constituency office, give their documents, information, register on to a national database and have the same chance as the son of a governor, a son of a Member of Parliament or a son of a Cabinet Secretary to access employment. This will bring equity in our country."
