    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I support this Bill. I congratulate the Mover and this House. We see a House that is doing the most in the two issues that are of key importance to the Kenyan nation; the youth and education. I am sure this Parliament will go down in history as the House that did the most in changing the fortunes of this country in terms of creating youth employment and in terms of creating educational opportunities for the young people.
