    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to contribute to this very important Bill. At the outset, I want to thank Hon. Sakaja for having been in the forefront for the youth of this country. I want to support this Bill for the following reasons: One, that the Authority is going to have the creation of a database which is very important. It will be used nationally. So, the counties will also be able to see the number of youth who are not employed in their counties. It is important that this Bill has come at this time and we hope that the Authority will be created as soon as possible. This Authority will also be very important because the information in the database will be online. Most of the people in the country, apart from a few counties like Turkana, will be able to access the information online. We also hope that Turkana will be assisted to have access to this information online so that people can have this information from the whole country."
